Dredging Rubber Hoses Production Line: As our core production line, it is equipped with heavy-duty extruders for ultra-high wear-resistant inner rubber, automatic high-precision steel wire winding machines, large-scale vulcanization equipment, and special flange assembly machines. The production line is optimized for maximum durability, focusing on solving the problem of rapid wear of hoses in harsh dredging environments. The inner rubber layer is compounded with wear-resistant additives and anti-abrasion fillers, and the steel wire reinforcement layer is wound in a specific helix angle to ensure excellent flexibility, pressure resistance, and vacuum collapse resistance.
